SERVICES AND RATES

Therapy is a process and commitment to getting to know yourself better, without judgment, in a safe space to deepen your connections and have authentic relationships, starting with yourself. It also involves learning how to undo unhealthy patterns of relating.
Therapy is a collaborative process where we create a “road map/path” to achieve your goals.
I also offer immigration evaluations, supervision for newly graduated marriage and family therapists in MN pursuing full licensure, and consulting/ public speaking on issues of equity, mental health, systemic oppression, mental health, and more.

ACCESSIBLE THERAPY
I use Simple Practice, a secure health services platform, for all virtual sessions. You only need
a laptop, tablet, phone, and internet connection to start therapy.  Telehealth Therapy is a good fit for you if you need flexibility with scheduling or be in the comfort of your own space. I am licensed to provide therapy for residents anywhere in Minnesota and Arizona. Telehealth Therapy may not be a good fit for you if you are experiencing active suicidal or self-harm thoughts or behaviors, experience psychosis (hallucinations or delusions), or require crisis support. Please contact your local crisis resource, or, in case of an emergency, dial 911 or 988.

NO SURPRISES ACT (GOOD FAITH ESTIMATE)

Beginning January 1, 2022, if you’re uninsured or pay for health care bills yourself (don’t have your claims submitted to your health plan), healthcare providers and facilities must provide you with an estimate of expected charges before you get an item or service. This is called a “good faith estimate.” Providers and facilities must provide a good faith estimate if you request one or after you’ve scheduled an item or service. It should include expected charges for the primary item or service you’re getting and any other items or services provided as part of the same scheduled experience. The provider or facility you contact for a good faith estimate must provide a list of all items and services associated with your care. Your provider will discuss rates during your initial consultation and provide an estimate of fees verbally and follow up with written notice.
